This morning I awoke to a beautiful sunrise and healing music playing in the background – I was pumped and ready to start the day to what I call a new beginning. You see that is the way we take on each day we view everyday as a new beginning. If you haven’t been doing the same you will find it is a fantastic way to start your day.

Yesterdays trials and tribulations are done – part of the past. Can you move on or do you really need to dwell on the past for a bit longer.

There are days where you may need to take some extra time to reflect on past challenges, the key is how you handle these situations so you don’t throw yourself into a depression and/or create abnormal anxiety in your life. Read more »

Teenage Stress – Do You Understand It?

You haven’t heard from us in awhile as we have been distracted working on a project for one of our other businesses -
Pro Marketing Resource.

Yesterday an email was sent to us by one of our readers asking why we gave up on our daily posts. Our reader was very upset as most of our posts here inspired our reader. We are feeling very bad about this as we certainly don’t want anyone to think of us as giving up on them.

Here is something we want to share with you today so here goes:

In our household we have three children in our household – one teenage girl, one teenage boy and one pre-teen boy.

Now before I go to far our children have excellent values and are great kids.

Did You Know Flute Music Interferes With Your Life?

through similar turmoil and their story really helped her.

The couple we met, were in their mid 60’s and somehow we were involved in a conversation which took us to a time when they had busy jobs, five children to raise, and many daily challenges – the time would have been when they were in their mid 40’s.

From this point forward you can refer to the couple as Mr K. and Mrs K.

Mr K is a music professor at one of the local universities and Mrs K is a retired Registered Nurse, 38 years of working as an RN.

When they were in their mid 40’s they had a lot of daily challenges and both started to fall into the trap of blaming all of their turmoil on other circumstances, never their fault – the world was out to get them.

They had two teenage boys who knew everything and were always upset at the parents for their attitudes. In their early teens the boys experimented with drugs and alcohol, one even ran into trouble with the local authorities.

Mr and Mrs K woke one day realizing Read more »
