Mark Romero Music – Do You Have An MP3 Player or an Ipod?

In the interest of your physical health and mental health we have a quick tip for you today – Our Tip includes the use of Mark Romero Music.

Not only should your exercise program include healing music, you should also have a minimum of 3 daily walks each week with each session being a minimum of 30 minutes.

If you are not use to walking this is a great way to get started. Don’t push too hard and make sure you check with your doctor to help determine what is too much for your situation.

Once you have your Mark Romero Music loaded onto your MP3 Player or Ipod you are ready for your walk. As you do pay particular attention to your emotions during this time:

  • How do you feel?
  • Before starting did you feel the same, worse or perhaps better?
  • How do you view your surroundings?
  • What are you looking forward to today?
  • What do you want to avoid today?

Tap into these emotions and really see yourself in an emotionally balanced state, see yourself embracing your fears of the day, as well as being successful today – do this as if you have already completed your day. Say to yourself, this has been the best day of my life.

By using Mark Romero Music, along with your walking routine, this will help to place you in an optimal balanced state emotionally and physically.

Go forward in your day and embrace this day, glad to be alive, be thankful for everything you have experienced to this point in your life. Not only be thankful for the positive experiences but also the challenging events too – your challenges have made you the person you are today – a good person!

Sincerely,

How does Calming Music Contribute to Proper pH Levels?

pH levels regulate, effect and control almost all things in nature, including your body. Cells are the building blocks of your body and your health – keep in mind it starts with proper pH levels!

To experience optimal health the pH of your body should be close to Alkaline – between 7.0 to 7.4.

You need to understand what the pH levels mean for your optimal health. The pH scale goes from 0 – 14, 0 being described as acidic and 14 is very Alkaline.

When you have a reading in the optimal range this is telling you , your inner-self is balanced. A reading of “very acidic”is telling you, that you may be at risk for serious disorders.

A slight pH imbalance could mean you feel tired, at this point your body could be struggling to digest foods. This could create your weight to increase and other aches could be bothersome.

What does calming music have to do with proper pH levels?

Reducing stress as much as possible in your daily life and incorporating a 30-minute regime of calming music into your daily routine, will promote healthy and proper pH levels. Adding exercise, such as tai chi, yoga, or meditation will further enhance relief of daily stress.

Can We Change the World Through Healing Music?

On January 21, 2009 President Obama of the United States of America, gave an outstanding speech that motivated and intrigued millions of people worldwide, people just like you. January 21, 2009 represents change in our world in ways that you would never have imagined, until now.

Is your world as you know it changing, healing itself or is this a temporary fix to a long term challenge?

Politics is not my forteit but the power of healing is. President Obama showed you how change can affect you and millions of others. All of you can help change the world in powerful, positive ways. Everyone of us has the ability to help to stop the wars of today and learn from the wars of the past – not alone but as a group, as a world community.

Some of you may be sitting back “waiting on the world to change” – sorry to say that is a  tough approach as you are basically saying “this is not my problem, let someone else deal with it as my opinion doesn’t count” – I say [Read more...]

Why Listen To Relaxing Music at Christmas Time?

WOW! – Did you see the crowd at the shopping mall on Saturday?

Economic slowdown – well I understand the numbers and statistical reports say so but the crowds in the stores certainly don’t back that up.

On Saturday we were around the hustle and bustle all day long, running here and running there. You probably understand when I say crowds can really stress you out. There are times when I would rather shop online instead of make my way through crowds of complaining, pushy people.

Ah but wait – not everyone is like that, there really are kind, thoughtful people even at the shopping centers at Christmas time. There was one gentleman I noticed standing nearby patiently waiting for [Read more...]
