Should You Listen to Relaxation Music while Working on Special Projects?
Have you ever tried to listen to songs while working on special projects which requires mental focus. The lyrics in the composition can be very distracting which takes you away from the project therefore causing you to take longer to complete the special project.
I use to do this as I loved playing music while working but I often found myself so into the lyrics that it would take me longer to complete the project.
Once done the special project and after going through the first review I have always found there was never an issue with quality or missing deadlines even though sometimes the deadlines were barely met.
A few years back we discovered the power of healing music and had unbelievable results using this music while working. As we were working on projects we would experiment with relaxation music to see if we could concentrate more on the details of the project. Instead of completing reports for the sake of making deadlines the relaxation music somehow gave us the ability to concentrate, allowed us to be more creative, and less editing.
The melody in the relaxation music helped to unlock and overcome mental blocks. Many times when working on certain tasks we found ourselves caught in a mental block due to stress of trying to word something a certain way. The healing music would put our minds into such a relaxing state that the normal tension, when trying to complete this task was non-existent.
We started paying close attention to our moods and tension when listening to regular music whether it was country or good old rock-n-roll. The difference in the moods and tension were outstanding. If the music was an upbeat rock-n-roll song you could actually feel the song pulling your attention away from the project being worked on, thus creating stress and frustration.
A slow country song would draw you almost to a state of day dreaming thus creating you to be unfocused and lose your concentration of the project at hand. Don’t misunderstand this message to be saying we are putting these types of music down because that is certainly not the case as we love these types of music and listen to them at the appropriate times.
Through our study we have concluded our greatest success has been with varying artists of Healing Music. Recently we have been connected to a very talented artist who creates their own music and it has fantastic results.
In closing our message today here is another thought on the benefits of healing music being introduced into your life or your families life:
A baby going to sleep will relax better and be more soothed with soft tempos of instrumental music much better than music which has faster paced tempo and lyrics. Sometimes lyrics not appropriate to be listened to by the subconscious mind as the words are not of a positive nature. Soft, relaxation music tones change the atmosphere to peaceful allowing tensions to fade.

What you are talking about is a way of vaccination of the mind- the timely injection of the missing opposite – relaxation- during a major project- tension.
I cannot agree more, it does help becuase it is based on a fundamental law of Energy and Nature.
