How can healing music reduce regret and stress?
- Image via Wikipedia
This morning I awoke to a beautiful sunrise and healing music playing in the background – I was pumped and ready to start the day to what I call a new beginning. You see that is the way we take on each day we view everyday as a new beginning. If you haven’t been doing the same you will find it is a fantastic way to start your day.
Yesterdays trials and tribulations are done – part of the past. Can you move on or do you really need to dwell on the past for a bit longer.
There are days where you may need to take some extra time to reflect on past challenges, the key is how you handle these situations so you don’t throw yourself into a depression and/or create abnormal anxiety in your life.
Solution – Find a quiet place where you can relax for 30 minutes to an hour uninterrupted. Play some healing music softly in the background. (I like to play Mark Romero Music as he has a unique style of music) As you are playing this music sit still and let your mind be cleared – reflect on the events of the past.
Once you have done this, make a pact to yourself you will no longer dwell on these issues again – you will now work only on the solution.
Sincerely,
