2012 is now upon us and to some, we can say Happy New Year and they feel good about that particular message and look forward to the change in the year ahead. BUT, for others who may have recently dealt with the loss of a friend, a family member or your financial picture may appear bleak, you may be dealing with heavy hearts. For those who are in this situation, I want to wish you a special Happy New Year filled with new beginning and new hope, and ask that you try to take the best you can out of a tragic situation.
The New Year brings new hope, new faith and a new beginning. In 2011 our family went through loss in many ways – loss of family members, financial loss, spiritual loss and so much more. The one way we made it through is by having hope and faith along with the use of healing music as a tool to calm our minds. It was tough to keep an open mind on our online venture and to make the right decisions while traveling through this turmoil but we managed to find some success through all of this upset.
As you continue your journey into 2012, there will be peaks and valleys, maybe more valleys than others or maybe you will be fortunate to have more peaks than last year (2011) The one thing you need to do is to take time for yourself to relax so you can be in a state of mind which will allow you to have creative thinking. In this state of mind, it is easier to overcome obstacles and help you to find solutions with greater ease. Staying in fight or flight mode creates constant chaos and you usually make decisions based solely on emotion which rarely leads to positive results.
How Can You Relax While Your Life is in Turmoil?
Each one of you have a different internal system to deal with your situation. Some of you will handle things fairly well while others will be in total negative emotional turmoil not being able to get back to a hopeful state of mind. My Aunt, whom I dearly loved, just recently passed away, and I learned, that throughout her life the one thing she found helpful, when faced with this type of turmoil was to pray. She was blessed to have an unwavering faith in god and she loved gospel music.
Some of you have your own reasons not to turn to prayer but you will turn to music to help ease your pain while others will turn to prayer and various types of music. The type of music which can be very helpful, is the music of the earth – mother nature sounds – waves crashing on the shore, birds chirping, the breeze rustling the leaves, the sound of a loon on a lake, even the sound of thunder and rain can be relaxing for some. These sounds by themselves can be very therapeutic and soothing, rejuvenating your mind and body. One of our specialties is adding relaxing music to these sounds. By using this type of music, you can evolve into a state of new hope, new beginning, refocusing your thoughts on overcoming adversity.
Over the next few months we will be sharing various strategies with you, creating products to enhance your life, creating and recommending music which will improve your lives giving you powerful mental focus. Healing music is not just one particular style, there are varying styles for each persons interest. We look forward to being a part of your success in 2012 and beyond.
