Have You Heard of Harmonic Alignment?

Last night I was on a coaching call with Mark Romero. Mark is a musician who creates music which helps to heal the body and mind.

When I first heard about healing music 5 years ago, it made me think of relaxing techniques, relaxing my mind, feeling more at peace in my life. At the time I didn’t realize how music could be integrated as a coaching program for Weight Loss or any important goal.

To create Harmonic alignment can be an empowering transformation where the body and mind become in sync. By allowing your mind to envision a positive outcome it allows your mind to replace dissatisfying thoughts with happier and content thoughts of yourself, through the use of healing music.

Harmonic Alignment is the title Mark Romero uses to identify his coaching program.

After meeting Mark and having the pleasure of being part of his coaching program last night – I Now Get It! What a great concept!

An example of this type of coaching would be a program to aide with success in weight loss, Mark actually has such a coaching program available that does just that. Not only does Mark help you understand the importance of being happy, but he also explains the concept and tools needed to succeed with Harmonic Alignment and a successful weight loss.

You can do anything you set your mind to and this is so true for all of us however by using Harmonic Alignment techniques it sure makes the challenge alot easier and much more relaxing as well. Through these techniques, the music helps you to break through mental barriers which up until now have held you back.
